1. Scope
This data license applies to Scratch IQ rankings, EV/Dollar calculations, Prize Ratio calculations, summaries, and structured dataset metadata published on scratchiq.io. It does not grant rights to state lottery trademarks, ticket artwork, lottery-operated websites, or any third-party material referenced by Scratch IQ.
2. Source Data
Scratch IQ uses publicly available remaining-prize information published by state lottery commissions. The underlying public facts remain subject to the source lottery's own terms, update cadence, corrections, and data availability. Scratch IQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state lottery commission.
3. Permitted Use
You may view, link to, quote short excerpts from, and use Scratch IQ data for personal, non-commercial research and comparison, provided you include attribution to Scratch IQ and a link to the relevant scratchiq.io page when publishing excerpts.
4. Restricted Use
You may not scrape, bulk download, resell, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or use Scratch IQ data to create a competing product without prior written permission. These restrictions are incorporated into the Terms of Service.
5. No Warranty
Scratch IQ data is provided for informational purposes only, without warranties of completeness, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Prize claim data can lag ticket sales, and every lottery game remains random.
