It is the date Scratch IQ first saw the game on the Nebraska Lottery's published game list — not an official launch date, which most lotteries do not publish. For games that launched before Scratch IQ began covering Nebraska, the first-tracked date is the coverage start date rather than the game's actual release.

A newly launched game starts with its full printed prize pool, while an older game may have had many of its prizes claimed already. The printed overall odds never change, but the expected value of a ticket shifts as prizes are claimed.
